At Westside, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Westside account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack the Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your account to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
